Rita Alves DVM MRCVS

Owner and Managing Director, was born in South Africa but was brought up in Portugal and graduated DVM from the University of Lisbon.

Since then she has worked in Portugal and the United Kingdom.

She has previous experience of disease control, prevention and farm audits in the poultry industry and has been running the company since the beginning of 2010.

John Dalton BVMS MRCVS

Previous owner of DGC, was brought up in Salisbury and graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1970.

He has worked at Bristol Veterinary School and in general practice in Cornwall, Somerset and Wiltshire since.

A keen fisherman and shot, continues to provide consultancy to the practice.
